Sales Manager Retail & E-tail
Are you ready to make some waves? If you're a pro at building long term partnerships with retailers, creating new business opportunities for the Dopper bottle and tap and inspiring partners to get our mission across, then we’re looking for you!
Within this role you will be managing and nurturing key accounts and independents in the Netherlands. Making sure that our retail partners become true mission ambassadors and join in our fight against packaged water. Next to that you will be responsible for new business opportunities related to our bottles and water tap. You actively identify opportunities for Dopper to align our mission with the retail landscape. You’re like the ultimate opportunity seeker – nothing escapes your radar!
Building long term and impactful partnerships with key accounts and independents in the Netherlands.
Making sure that Dopper is well presented in the stores, that our partners have the right tools and that we get our mission across.
Excite retailers for the Dopper water tap. Vision is that people who buy a Dopper bottle, can refill right away.
Visiting retail locations to train the team but also to support with instore presentations and mission storytelling.
Identifying and following up on new business opportunities for bottle and tap.
Creating strategic year plans with accounts and follow up to drive impact and sell-out.
Introducing new Dopper innovations and successfully bringing new products to market.
Organizing instore activations, customer events and partner marketing.
You’re passionate about Dopper’s mission.
You already have several years of sales experience preferably in retail.
You have a proven experience in key account management.
You have a familiarity with creating (annual) plans and achieving sales targets.
You have strong multitasking skills to efficiently manage different projects at the same time.
You are a genuine team player with excellent communication abilities.
You have a creative mindset for expanding Dopper’s visibility within the retail landscape.
You are strong in new business and negotiations.
You speak Dutch and English fluently.
You have a driver license.
You are available as soon as possible for 40 hours a week.
