Sales Manager B2B & Resell

About the role
You will be the driving force behind Dopper’s B2B and Resell growth in the Netherlands and Belgium, managing key accounts and building long-term relationships that deliver both commercial results and positive change. Beyond your own markets, you’ll support international sales teams with insights, best practices, and scalable strategies that expand Dopper’s global B2B success.
What will you be doing?
Partnership & Reseller Management
Manage and grow partnerships with wholesalers and resellers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Ensure all partners operate in line with Dopper’s sustainability and corporate gifting policies, championing our mission.
Collaborate with partners to increase visibility and communicate Dopper’s purpose and product value effectively.
Drive reseller performance to meet and exceed market targets while safeguarding brand integrity.
Support partners with annual growth and marketing plans, helping them successfully introduce Dopper innovations to market.
B2B Customer Development
Grow and nurture our network of B2B customers, focusing on mission-aligned companies in sectors like sports, travel, and education.
Proactively engage with organizations that share our values, creating partnerships that enhance both revenue and brand relevance.
Develop and implement efficient, scalable approaches to lead generation, pipeline management, and customer retention.
Share best practices and tools with other markets to strengthen Dopper’s global B2B impact.
Represent Dopper at industry events and networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate new leads.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to keep our B2B strategy forward-thinking and effective.
About you
You hold an HBO or WO degree and bring 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or channel management. Ideally within sustainable consumer goods, lifestyle, or purpose-driven brands.
You’re a natural relationship builder with strong commercial insight and a genuine passion for sustainability.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You enjoy autonomy but thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
You’re fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of German or French is a strong plus.
You hold a driver’s license and are available for 32 hours per week.
