Retail Marketeer
As Retail Marketeer at Dopper, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our brand in retail spaces. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll create and execute an annual Retail Activation Strategy to drive brand awareness and sales, with a focus on key cities like Paris and Antwerp. This involves impactful in-store activations, community engagement through talks, and product seeding to deepen connections.
You’ll manage Distributor Relations by keeping our network informed of marketing initiatives and ensuring consistent brand messaging, serving as a crucial link between distributors and the marketing team. At events, panel talks, and webinars, you’ll take the stage as the voice of Dopper, sharing our mission and values to inspire and engage audiences.
Your role also includes developing standout branding materials to enhance our in-store presence and ensuring high-quality implementation across locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. Adapting marketing tools to local markets, you’ll refine strategies to reflect cultural nuances and customer preferences.
Finally, you’ll analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance data to provide actionable insights, helping the team identify growth opportunities and continually improve.

Requirements
Fluency in French and English is a must; proficiency in Dutch is a plus, ensuring effective communication and coordination, particularly in French.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, retail, business administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in retail marketing or brand management.
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, mainly within Europe.
Strong collaboration skills, particularly in aligning efforts with sales and marketing teams.
