One of those people who is full of stories and cool campaign concepts. You’re not afraid to think BIG, but you’ve also got the skills to turn ideas into materials. You bring concepts to life, whether it is for video, out-of-home, social, events or trade shows. And you consider yourself a hybrid: a born strategist with impressive copywriting skills. Concepting is your game, but a punchy tagline or social post? No problem! But even though you’re a top notch creative, the whole ‘lonely at the top’ lifestyle doesn’t appeal to you one bit. Working with a team on the coolest campaigns, to have fun an enjoy the ride. That’s what you want. And preferably make the world a little bit better along the way. Dopper is the place for you.

A day in the life of our Medior Creative 

Dopper is all about behavioral change. Farewell single-use plastic water bottles, hallo reusable sidekick called Dopper. Not an easy task, but an essential one nonetheless! As our creative, you are part of our inhouse creative team. Together, you will dive into international (360°) awareness campaigns, impact campaigns and product launches. How about provoking and evoking emotion with solid video scripts or spoon feeding people the plastic soup (story)? If your head is starting to buzz with ideas: Good! You will pitch those ideas to the Creative Director and the Management Team. Got a go? Time to coordinate production! While you’re also coming up with other planet-saving concepts, working on projects and supporting the beating heart of Dopper: our branding. Oh, and you are also the Mr. Miyagi to your very own intern.

Are you up for this challenge? This would help:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a creative at an agency or brand;
  • A kick-ass portfolio that proves your strategical and conceptual skills, and shows how you translated this into a variety of campaign assets;
  • Available for 40 hours a week;
  • You thrive on feedback and challenge yourself to tackle the question behind the question;
  • You are confident and know your strengths and weaknesses, you know good ideas can come from anyone. So you make sure you recognize a stroke of brilliance, even when it is not your own.
