Junior Social Media & Community Manager
About the role
Great brands don't just create content. They create conversations people want to be part of.
As our Junior Community & Social Specialist, you'll help Dopper show up in the right places, at the right moments and in the right way. You'll keep our social channels moving, help coordinate content, support brand collaborations and bring community activations to life.
You have your finger on the pulse of what's happening in culture, design and social. You know when to jump on something, when to leave it alone and when to create something of your own.
This is a role for someone who enjoys making things happen — someone who follows up, connects dots, keeps projects moving and gets energy from seeing ideas become reality.
What will you be doing?
Keep our social channels running day to day.
Engage with our community in a way that feels natural, thoughtful and unmistakably Dopper.
Support the coordination of content production, from briefing to delivery.
Support creator and influencer collaborations from first contact to reporting.
Help bring community partnerships, events and activations to life.
Keep an eye on trends, creators and cultural moments worth acting on.
Make sure content calendars, campaign planning and project administration stay on track.
You track results, learn what works and keep improving.
About you
You have great taste. You know good content when you see it.
You're curious, socially aware and naturally connect with people. You don't wait for perfect instructions — you get started, figure things out and keep moving.
You enjoy meeting new people, building relationships and opening doors. You're just as happy sending a DM to a creator as you are helping out at an event or jumping into a conversation in the comments.
Most of all, you care about making work that matters — the kind that gets people talking, sharing and ultimately choosing tap water over packaged water.
What do you bring to the table?
0–2 years of experience in social media, content, community or influencer marketing.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
Strong affinity with social media, design, sustainability and culture.
Excellent communication skills in English.
German is a strong advantage.
Experience with events, community activations or partnerships is a plus.
Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

When you got selected you can expected a introduction call from our P&C Advisor. If we think the possible fit is there, we'll meet for a first conversation on Wednesday, July 29.
Followed by a second interview + casus on Wednesday, August 12. Both take place in person at our office in Haarlem — so make sure these dates are free before you hit send.
