Interim Brand Partnership Manager

About the role
As the Interim Brand Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront of Dopper’s strategic collaborations and mission-driven campaigns. You will lead initiatives that enhance our market relevance, optimize sustainability programs, and deliver engaging brand experiences. This role requires a creative, result-oriented person with a strategic mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
What will you be doing?
Drive and activate long-term partnerships in events, music, sports, and sustainability to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Lead mission-driven campaigns and co-created edition bottles/accessories that amplify Dopper’s impact and relevance.
Optimize and grow the take-back program, ensuring it supports our sustainability goals and leaves a lasting positive footprint.
Guide brand activations to ensure every campaign reflects our values, engages audiences, and delivers memorable experiences.
Lead brand tracking research and turn insights into actionable strategies that strengthen our brand over time.
Gather local market insights and competitor analysis to deepen understanding of B2C audiences to better address market needs.
Collaborate across teams to align partnerships with trade initiatives, maximizing impact across all channels.
About you
You’re passionate about Dopper’s mission.
You already have several years in a similar role.
You have experience with budget managing and project planning.
You have an entrepreneurial mind set and like to think big.
You're a go getter with stakeholder skills.
Big plus if you have affinity with festivals, cultural events and sports.
You are available from the 1st of November 2025 till the 17th of April 2026.
You speak Dutch and English fluently. DE/FR is a big plus.
Our preference goes to someone who will work on a Dopper contract for this period.
